Please be sure that you have asked all questions about your purchase FIRST. We do not refund. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product from us, we will gladly exchange it for you at no cost to you. The exchange /return must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Regarding exchanges on damaged goods(re #4/5) The item cannot be around cigarette smoke,tabacco or other smoke product, or otherwise undesirable smell.  Any of these will cause a default in the exchange policy. The return to you will be at your cost ..the same payment method as used initially. This is what we consider damage and will accept exchanges based on this criteria. Holes in the fabric , or obvious flaw in the fabric. (Please see#4) Regarding returning your item for exchange. Please insure your item and provide a tracking number via email(fleece-king@hotmail.com) If we do not receive your return, there can be no exchange. Once we recieve your item(Via Fed Ex ground) with a copy of the shipping recieptwe will credit your account the same way you paid . Please allow one billing cycle to recieve your shipping credit.We will send you an email when the shipping credit has been sent.
